Learning outside
Let new adventures begin!
Outdoor areas serve as a place for both exercise and exploration, making this adaptable space ideal as an engaging hands-on approach to discovery.
Our large outdoor environment has been particularly tailored to enhance children’s gross motor skills through the Munch and Move program. This space also allows children to develop their social skills.
Outdoor Areas
The various exploration experiences available allow children to take risks and nourish their curiosity. Outdoor areas are set up daily making learning flexible and safe. Most of the outdoor areas are covered ensuring effective sun protection, and children wear hats outside. Spaces are sized and designed to encourage physical exercise and resources used cater for different levels of gross-motor ability.
The babies’ outdoor area is fully covered and offers a nurturing environment where children feel safe. The toddlers benefit from a very large outdoor space to run and play while the pre-schoolers enjoy more challenging climbing facilities to refine their coordination and balance.
