GRANDPARENTS DAY – 1 October

We invited all grandparents to join us for a special afternoon tea. It takes a village to raise a child, and grandparents play an important part in their education.

Grandparents brought a very relaxed atmosphere to the centre and really enjoy spending some quality time outdoors. What a joy to see so many smiles on children’s faces!

It was a great opportunity for them to discover their grandchildren’s environment and meet our Educators. Some grandparents joined children in role play pretending to have high tea with them; others were involved in craft activities.

Grandparents felt loved and enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea made by our cook and the children. We cherish those moments as much as Mother’s Day or Father’s Day and love to see families coming together.
