Global Explorers Early Learning seeks to offer a high-quality multicultural learning environment while providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 0 to 5.
Routines and strong relationships with educators contribute to children’s sense of security. They become confident learners ready to explore the World.
Our multicultural approach
One of the most significant contributing factors to our multicultural approach to learning is the variety of cultural backgrounds present amongst both children and educators alike.
We build on children’s interests and put their investigations into a broader context opening the doors to the World. We encourage them to share their unique perspective amongst others. We also organise special events across the centre to celebrate the diversity of our community.
Partnering with parents is essential to understand each child’s personal context and enhance growth. We take any opportunity to interact with a child in their home language in order to maximise learning. All children benefit from early exposure to foreign languages: our French and Spanish programs bring excitement and curiosity.
